The taste of wine a deep, rich, harmonious, with copious notes of spicy oak, elegant shades of black currant nuances of damp earth, sweet, mild tannins and a long finish.

Aroma

The wine has an elegant, complex flavor, which creamy vanilla notes intertwined with hints of mango and grapefruit.


Details

The current label design was created by Alfred’s son, Jean came made its debut on a bottle of 1929 bottle served in 1936 for His Royal Majesty George VI’s coronation. The Semillon vines are among some of the oldest in the Bordeaux appellation. The oldest vines are close to 120 years old!
